A good thing about being a photographer, is that you get to experience new places on your way to and from work. We had the privilege to travel through the magnificent Baviaanskloof World Heritage Site on the way to Patensie for the first wedding of the year. It was definitely the warmest day of year. When we reached the gate, the Fortuner’s temperature gage said 47 C!! That’s hot! After driving for a while, a thunderstorm broke the temperature to an impressive 26 C.
Apart from the weather being an experience, the Baviaans really is a amazing piece of creation. It was a joy to crawl through and capture her beauty.
