Ryan & Sachi are amazingly special people and it showed from day one when we met in Stellenbosch a while ago. I had a stronger than normal expectation for their wedding and wasn’t disappointed …
As we left Christ Church Kenilworth and started our drive to the first photo spot, Ryan told us how he was blown away when Sachi walked down the isle an hour earlier. Little did he know that this wouldn’t be the only blow away session of the day. I have officially never taken photos in such a windy environment! Sometimes I couldn’t keep my eyes open with of all the sand flying around. I would just vaguely try to aim, close my eyes and shoot 8 frames a second. Thank you Nikon for weather sealing and the top frames per second rate of the D700!
So it feels like I’m seeing some of these pics on the Blog for the first time too! I hope you can share the experience and be … blown away!
