Monthly Archives: May 2010 It always great to hear back from our past clients. What a privilege to be part of their lives, rather than just being of service for a day!  Yesterday we looked at some quick highlights for the first 6 months of our Blog’s first year. Today we continue to look back at the exciting past 6 month journey through pictures & words that became memories for so many out there.  My lovely wife always encourage and reminds me to celebrate the milestones in life … a time to reflect, rethink (or just to think!), dream and to thank. If you have the time, join me for a short snippet highlight journey through the Blog the past year …  Being a photographer, you have days where you get to see and experience a variety of things and people you wouldn’t normally encounter. Yesterday was one of these days …  Nico & Zaan are both winemakers by trade and met at Beyerskloof during a student practical period in 2007. They asked us and we made sure to capture them in this special place. I must say I enjoyed playing around with the different light situations and aspects in the cellar. You will see the photos are very warm, intimate and fun – exactly the way we got to know the two of them together.  What do you get when you mix Electroaccoustic, Pop & Nu-Jazz together? I introduce The Arrows Band …  Emile & Jacqui were relaxed, fun and laid back. She even “allowed” him to drive to the first spot for the Bridal Party Shoot on the back of the local Jeep (called Oom Jannie) with the boys! His words to the guys, “Well guys, that’s why I married her!”. Perfect! |
