Elgin Wedding Glenbrae

This truly was a family event!  Geo and Riené had a stunning day full of joy, deep connections and real moments.  True passion.

It has been a long distance relationship for these two for a while.  Geo got an engineering contract in Uganda.  It has been back and forth over the Southern part of the African continent for him.  They made the most of it though and pulled off an amazing wedding at this lovely venue (which we figured out on the day is being owned by my own niece Evelyn and her husband).  Such a small world, hey!  It is a great place and worth a visit.

Geo lives by the words of his legend dad and my uncle, Danie Malan, “You will never be able to do this again NOW in your life!“.  It has inspired him to have an adventurous life – one that I am sure Riené will be happy to join and enjoy together with him.

Riené has a deep commitment to her family.  Her joyous “Oumie” played a huge role in the getting ready part, resulting in precious moments captured in a fierce summer wind.  Riené is a special lady and we welcome her with open arms to our growing legend family.  What an honour to be a part of it.

May your love and commitment to “life-to-the-full” never fade.

Enjoy.  It is the start of something beautiful.
