How I loved meeting and connecting with this Clan! They are a lovely bunch of real people together where the essence of family is tangible. I photographed them in the lovely Kirstenbosch gardens where we took turns photographing each family together. The trick is to not use the same spots or poses so that the product reveals each family’s personality and character. It means a lot of thinking on one’s feet in-between asking and answering questions. It truly is a unique experience. I always walk away amazed by how deep one can connect during this short time together.
