Stellenbosch Engagement Shoots

We struggled to get this one done.  First, the weather didn’t want to play along, then medical reasons held us back and when we finally got the perfect afternoon, the local matrix farewell traffic didn’t want to let me go.  I rushed into the farm and we immediately set off to catch the last bit of sun.

A big feature for Warren & Candice was to get some shots in the blooming pear tree orchard.  Being a fan, I didn’t want to miss out on that part of the shoot.  It literally meant rushing between spots, dragging out lights and stands and trying to find angles before the sun would disappear.

Needless to say, we made it.  As the sun slipped behind Table Mountain, everything calmed and we 4x4ed our way to a spot to enjoy the silence where the two of them could just focus on one another.

All in all, it was a lot of fun hanging with these two again.  I honestly can’t wait to photograph their wedding late in 2018.  That, of course, is if they like what they see down below.  Holding thumbs they do!  Enjoy!
